This policy explains what The HolMan Society LLC ("The HolMan Society", "we", "us") collects through theholmansociety.com and our forms, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: contact@theholmansociety.com.

What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, email, phone number, social handle, and your answers on our waitlist or application form.
• Booking details: the time you book for a call and anything you add to the booking.
• How you found us: the page you arrived on, the site that referred you, and campaign tags in the link you clicked.
• Basic site data: if analytics are switched on, standard information such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies.

Our forms never ask for your health, financial or other personal life data, and we ask you not to send it to us.

How we use it

• To reply to you, review your application, and schedule and hold your call.
• To send the messages you agreed to, by email or text.
• To understand which pages and posts bring people to us, so we can improve them.
• To keep records of your consent and to meet our legal obligations.

Text messaging

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we use it only to send the messages you agreed to. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Terms.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our contact management, scheduling, messaging, payment and website hosting providers, under their own privacy and security terms, and when the law requires it.

If you become a member

Your system runs in your own accounts. We never hold your credentials or your personal life data. During a build we may see it on your screen while guiding you; nothing is copied out or kept. We hold only your contact details, billing and scheduling.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details while we're in touch and for as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. Ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Text: reply STOP to any message.
• Access, correction or deletion: email contact@theholmansociety.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Our services are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
